My neighbor just bought a Harley Davidson, but is second hand and he can not get the manual until about a week now can not start as the ignition requires some knowledge on how to start the process. Can you please help me or refer me to a site that has a manual for that? Model: Ultra Electra Classic Guide – FLHTCU THANX idiots bought a day ago, he forgot how to start, as it has alarms and all. Then he can run. "Idiots"
My only FXDWG, '99 Model. Never sit Electra. But if this is not a fuel injection model, should be a fairly easy process done with a "next" killed. (No mention if it was before. Let's hope so.) Also said to be used, I will not put anything in the FI model. Unlock the steering column if you have a separate block. The key will be round and it took a shortcut. (The mine.) Must be a large bone with a lid on the console. (No I know a bat bike. Do not make it clearer.) The same key that opens the steering head will unlock this as well. Do not leave keys to unlock it. Or you scratch the shit out of fuel or keys to lose. Make sure the fuel valve is turned on. (I'm always ON for now I ride almost every day not have to worry about the pressure in the carb needle valve seat.) Never leave the reservation! The bad news, otherwise the fuel meter.) In the right side the handle must be a button and STOP RUN. Click Run this puppy, then turn the large knob to the ignition. (You can leave the power button, but Console light contact with the battery. So I leave for last.) Pull the clutch lever, but you know you are in neutral. (They start over easier that way.) and prepare for takeoff! Orders must be turned on. (You said it was used, so do not know yet what works and what does not.) If it is fuel injected unhealthy twist and click the start button. (Just to the left of the race and the stop button.) Choke is not required if the weather is nice and the engine is in good condition. Chug mine twice and the lights of the place. Make sure the bike is in neutral, release the clutch. Verification their signals in turn, horn, beam, etc (I do it once a week.) You must be active after that. If the Electra Glide is like a FXDWG. There are no district councils. I did not ask. But I'll say this, check the oil a little at first. You said it had been used, but you do not know how hard, and do not know the mileage. Pay attention to unusual noises. These emissions are very heavy. If you fall down, has a handheld unit. Better safe than sorry with bikes, not just a pig.
